Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• • Account information — your name and email address, provided at signup.
• • Deal and pipeline data — the deals, contacts, notes, and updates you enter into Clozed.
• • Usage data — how you interact with the product (pages visited, features used, session duration). Collected in aggregate.
• • AI interaction logs — the inputs and outputs of AI features you use, stored to provide and improve the service.

We use your data for the following purposes:

• • To provide the Clozed service — generating AI insights, actions, and deal intelligence on your behalf.
• • To improve the product — identifying what works, fixing bugs, and building better features.
• • To communicate with you — sending product updates, alerts, and account-related emails.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles.

Your data is stored and processed using the following infrastructure:

• • Supabase — our primary database provider, hosted on AWS in the Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region.
• • Vercel — our application hosting platform.
• • Anthropic API — used to process AI requests. Inputs are sent to Anthropic for inference and are subject to Anthropic's data retention policies.

We choose infrastructure providers with strong security practices and, where possible, Australian or regional data residency.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

We share data only with the service providers required to operate Clozed:

• • Supabase — database storage and authentication.
• • Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• • Anthropic — AI processing of deal data and notes.
• • Resend — transactional email delivery (alerts, digests, invites).

Each provider processes data only as necessary to provide their service to us.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for recovery, then permanently delete it from our systems. Some residual data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before those backups cycle out.

You have the right to:

• • Access the personal data we hold about you.
• • Correct inaccurate data.
• • Request deletion of your data.
• • Export your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@clozed.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Clozed uses essential cookies only — specifically, the session cookie required to keep you logged in.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of Clozed after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
