Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Clozed service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Clozed.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including individuals and teams accessing Clozed on behalf of an organisation.

Clozed is an AI-powered deal intelligence platform for B2B sales teams. It generates daily actions, deal verdicts, pipeline analysis, and coaching insights based on data you provide.

Clozed is not a CRM. It does not sync with or replace your CRM. It is a decision-support tool designed to help sales professionals act on their pipeline more effectively.

You are responsible for:

• • Providing accurate account information at signup and keeping it up to date.
• • Keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password.
• • All activity that occurs under your account.
• • Using one account per person. Team access is managed through our invite system.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at legal@clozed.ai.

You agree not to:

• • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Clozed.
• • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without written permission.
• • Use Clozed outputs to train, fine-tune, or build competing AI models.
• • Upload data you do not have the right to share.
• • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying AI models or infrastructure.
• • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Clozed offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial.

After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of an annual subscription, except where required by law.

Clozed uses artificial intelligence to generate deal recommendations, actions, verdicts, and analysis. These outputs are recommendations only.

AI outputs are not guarantees of business outcomes. Clozed does not warrant that following any AI-generated recommendation will result in a closed deal, accurate forecast, or any other specific outcome.

You are solely responsible for your own sales decisions. Clozed is a tool to inform those decisions, not to make them for you.

You own your data. The deal information, notes, contacts, and pipeline data you enter into Clozed remains yours.

By using Clozed, you grant us a limited licence to process your data for the sole purpose of providing the service — including generating AI insights, storing your data, and delivering the product functionality you use.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes outside of providing the service.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clozed Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Clozed shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
